There is no scope for us in quality and origin of our ingredients.

BBB grants a high level of quality. We don´t buy food from obscure origin.

All our suppliers can prove the HACCP Standart of all food we prepare.

Vegetables, salad and herbs we obtain invariable directly from the farmers in the mountains. No chemicals-only natural insecticides.

Our staff is also able for banquette, events and buffet styled events up to 150 people and more.
