BBB was founded in the year 2004 by Bodo Lehnen.. In spite the overtaking by Inge and Alex Theisen the first "B" is still standing for Bodo to appreciate his really well done endevors to settle a extraordinary and unique place and experience for all our customers.

Inge Theisen possesses appreticeship as Hotel and Restaurant Management.

Since 33 Years she now delivers what guests like.

In her variegated career she proved her skills and abilities as Hotel Director in Austria, Germany and Switzerland.

She was born in Austria and still continious for her mission in offering the best available service to BBB Visitors.

Additional she graduated as Manager of human ressources and holds a degree as qualified Eventmanager from Austrian Chamber of Economy.

Alex is a classical latitude entrant. He studied classical guitar in his home town Munich and achieved a lot of success as a professional musician for over 20 years. After finishing this part of his life he studied at the Academy of Economy and graduated as Economist in Tourism and Graduated Business Administrator in Marketing and Management.

Inge and Alex prove that a business is much more successful if the management is influenced by Social Responsibility, Fairness, family styled treatment of employees and customers and most of all with having big fun due their work.

Now we are only the ones who gives the ideas and let our experience flow into resort´s management.

Rengie Belda

Rengie is the one who starts from the first day of BBB Resort. In the meantime she collected a lot of experience and is always the one who has the right anser of any question. She runs the business since 2011 and success proves that she knows what she does.
